For those of you who haven't joined and are curious; or who have joined GoClub but still don't understand everything about XP (Experience Points), read this article carefully. We will guide you to know more about XP from what is XP, what is a multiplier, to the terms and conditions that apply.

Member will earn XP by completing a certain transactions. The amount of XP earned from a transaction will be calculated using the formula below:
Provided that:
Multiplier is a number determined based on the type of service and payment method used by the member in a transaction with the following conditions:
*) Strictly for selected online and/or offline merchants where payments are made through the Gojek App. Not including top-up or withdrawal and parking payments.
**) Not including orders made via portal.gosend.id and/or outside Gojek platform ecosystem.
***) Only applicable for transactions made in online merchants which are not tokenized transactions, e.g. Kitabisa.
****) Rule also applied to transactions with combined payment between Column 2 (two), 3 (three) and 4 (four)
*****) Other payment methods not mentioned in the table above will not generate XP. E.g. e-wallets: Bank Jago/Jago Pocket and reward points: GoPay Coins. If GoPay Coins are combined with a payment method that generates XP (e.g. GoPay) , then only the amount paid with GoPay is counted) and 4 will not generate XP (e.g. e-wallets: Bank Jago/Jago Pocket and reward points: GoPay Coins)

An example of a Tokenized Journey (these will not generate XPs)

Yes, only if....
...in 6 months from the current level, you only managed to collect enough XP to maintain (see column 3) and not manage to collect the XP needed to advance to the next level (see column 2), then member still stay on the current level (benefits will remain the same.) but lose the progress of the XP and return to the starting point XP of the current level.
